Thrissur District Labour Contract Co-operative Society is a Government--accredited co-operative society which undertakes and completes infrastructural construction using advanced technologies and state-of-the art equipment, ensuring both enduring and aesthetic finish. It is a people oriented move to take part in the mainstream of development projects initiated by Government and contributes meaningfully to the over - all development of economic, infrastructure and social realms of the state. TDLC is the official valuator for the Buildings and Constructions of Cooperative Societies in the State of Kerala and is proud to be one amongst the only two such entities in Kerala As contractors, TDLC has been categorised as an ‘A’ Class Licence holder for taking up and accomplishing major construction projects initiated by the Government across length and breadth of Kerala.

TDLC has been serving as an officially empanelled Implementing Agency for Kudumbasree Projects aiming for Rural and Urban Development under NULM, NRLM & ARISE programs of both State and central Governments.
Kudumbashree
The mission of Kudumbashree is to eradicate absolute poverty through concerted community action under the leadership of local governments, by facilitating organization of the poor for combining self-help with demand-led convergence of available services and resources to tackle the multiple dimensions and manifestations of poverty, holistically. Program Implementing Agency of DDU-GKY
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is under The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). DDU-GKY is uniquely focused on rural youth between the ages of 15 and 35 years from poor families.
NULM
National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), a centrally sponsored scheme has been launched in Kerala as a continuation to the erstwhile Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana (SJSRY) to alleviate poverty and vulnerability of the urban poor.
NRLM
National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This scheme is focused on promoting self-employment and organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this programme is to organize the poor into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups and make them capable for self-employment.
ARISE (Acquiring Resilience and Identity through Sustainable Employment)
As a part of post flood activity for resurgent Kerala, a livelihood survey conducted by Govt of Kerala, result of survey identified skill gap. ARISE the skill campaign of Kudumbashree started from 2018, aim of this program is provide skill training for 50000 candidates in 10 selected scoters. TDLC Academy as skilling partner of Arise program.

Unarv is a project conceived by the Thrissur District Labor Contract Cooperative Society to help the needy students. This year too, study materials were distributed to over 3000 students in selected schools.
